With two decades of global leadership experience in the data center industry, Emmeline will be responsible for shaping the company's product vision and roadmap, accelerating innovation across its hyperscale and retail offerings, and delivering next-generation infrastructure solutions for the AI era.
Emmeline joins Digital Edge from Microsoft, where she most recently served as Director of Standards for Global Operations. She brings global leadership experience encompassing engineering, supply chain, and operations. Emmeline has successfully delivered over 100 greenfield and brownfield data center projects, demonstrating her expertise in driving transformational results and scaling high-performing teams. She excels in fostering innovation in complex environments and is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, bringing lived cross-cultural experience from the US, UK, Ireland, Australia, and Singapore. Her leadership roles at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services have been marked by significant achievements, including restructuring global operational standards for over 400 data centers, mitigating supply chain risks for global capital projects during Covid-19 disruptions, and scaling engineering solutions across eight new markets within a year.
